Efraim & Associates, Inc. is a licensed General Contracting firm located in Los Angeles, which serves the southern California region. Our Services range from fast track tenant improvements to complex ground up construction of commercial and industrial buildings. Our current clients range from publicly traded national retail chains to local owners in the private sector.

Our motto is very simple: "We are in an industry that no one holds any patents. It's our professionalism that will set us apart from our competitors". Our entire office staff, project management team, jobsite supers and field employees are committed to this philosophy.

Fred Efraim

Mr. Fred Efraim established Efraim & Associates, Inc. when he moved to California in 1998. Fred is a second generation builder/developer with over 25 years experience in real estate development and construction. He grew up in Long Island, New York, and before moving to Los Angeles, he engaged in the development and construction of commercial and industrial buildings, as well as housing tracts. Fred graduated from Long Island University’s C.W. Post College where he majored in Economics and Philosophy and he holds a General Contracting License in the State of California.

When he founded Efraim & Associates, Fred chose to focus the organization’s services on commercial and industrial construction. Since then, the business has expanded to include a broad range of services. Fred's responsibilities include providing the leadership and resources that allow our project teams to deliver creative solutions to meet the needs of the owner and design team to achieve the project goals without compromising the design integrity. Fred’s years of experience, vision, temperament, commitment to quality and professionalism have been integral in the company’s success and in the expansion of its platform. The organization’s strong base of repeat and referral customers is a clear testament of that fact.

Keith Parry

Mr. Keith Parry joined Efraim & Associates, Inc. in 2005. Keith moved from New York City to Los Angeles in 1998 to manage the West Coast division of a large design/build contracting firm whose primary customers were Arco, Chevron, Shell, and Mobil, with a project management staff of over 40 employees and a fiscal budget of $50 million. He has 20 years of experience in commercial development, with a focus on grass root/ground-up developments. Keith started his career in the engineering/development department of Mobil Oil and holds general contractor's licenses in Arizona and Louisiana. He has a 40-hour OSHA certification. Keith graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

Keith's strongest asset is his ability to problem solve. He routinely evaluates complex problems and recommends quality solutions to owners. Keith’s 20 years of experience with a large multi-unit general contractor tremendously benefits his customers. He has strong people skills and an excellent ability to coordinate activities with owners, agencies, project managers, superintendents, sub-contractors and inspectors.
